Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Customers may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
  2. Eligible Items:

    • Only non-customized and non-personalized items are eligible for both returns and refunds.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Personalized/custom goods, such as number plates, are non-refundable.
  4. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, contact our customer support at cian@freshplates.ie within the 14-day return period.
    • Provide your order number and reason for the return and refund request.
  5. Refund Approval:

    • Refunds are subject to approval based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  6. Refund Method:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  7. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  8. Customer Errors:

    • Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
